When are you breaking ground?
Here’s our rough timeline for turning this vision into reality:
- Fall 2026 — Foundations and building erection (September – December)
- Winter 2026–27 — Interior buildout and equipment installation (December – April)
- Spring 2027 — Grand opening (May)
- Spring 2027 — Renovations of old weight room into new leadership center and concessions, and expansion of gym restroom

Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes, gifts to Skutt Catholic are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The tax benefits specifically may depend on the type of gift you make and your individual situation. Skutt Catholic will provide an acknowledgment of your gift for your tax records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your personal situation.
Why make a pledge rather than a one-time gift?
A pledge allows you to make a commitment to the SkyHawk Power Project today while spreading your payments over three years. A multi-year pledge allows you to make a larger commitment than you might be able to make with a single payment today. Your pledge payments can be structured in a way that works best for you: quarterly, monthly, annually.
How does a 3-year pledge work?
For example, a $5,000 pledge could be fulfilled through:
Approximately $1,667 per year for three years
Approximately $416.75 per quarter for 12 quarters
Approximately $138.91 per month for 36 months
